ON:

Liam waited back from the meeting and asked Captain Haistro for a moment. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to do now. Did he go back to Star base 50? These orders had all been very odd and now the crews were safe.

"Good morning Commander... Please come in. You'll excuse me if I have breakfast a the same time!" Keiben waved a bottle of something that had a faintly strawberry scent to it in his direction as he bustled through ops, laden with PADD's and status reports.

"Do you want anything Commander... the replicator in here is actually working!"

"I was just wondering are their any new orders for me and my wife now? Starfleet has been somewhat quiet sir," Liam said.

"Nothing specific but that said Admiral Jackson did give me leave to retain those of you on the runabout... If you are interested?" Keiben said hopefully.

"I just got married. Interested yes but I don't wish to be parted from her. It took me so long to find that woman sir," Liam said simply. "Im not complete now without her."

"I'm sure we can integrate your wife into our own security forces without any issue... You are a Counsellor am I right?"

The Captain asked, trying to get a beat on the man before him.

"I am and have been for a long time. A brief stint at diplomacy also," he told him.

"You sound like the ideal man for a job I have in mind... We need someone with the skill sets associated with those jobs but it will move you away from that profession as such... The Admiral has suggested we start looking at setting up a colony on the planet below us... I'll need someone with some command experience but an ability to manage people... What do you think Commander?"

Keiben was hopeful but chose to reign in his telepathic senses, not wanting to intrude on Liam's decision making process.

"Well obviously I would need to discuss it with my wife. But we both believe we got picked for this assignment for a reason. Its in the same area as my twin and now with the goddess revelation .... did you dream of her too?" he asked.

"I can't say I have had a dream about a goddess but I did have a rather peculiar dream involving someone... I don't generally remember my dreams Commander... Please do explain?"

Now curiosity had caught him not that he put much stock in myths.

"Our culture tells us that there are four goddesses. I recently found out that actually there's a fifth. Somewhere here," Liam stated. "That lady ... is the fifth. When she connected. It was like communing with the other four. Our home planet's government knows about this. I was told there was a colony out here. Of Betaziods."

"I'm afraid to say that I'm not well-coached in Betazoid religious beliefs. My family was not inclined that way!"

He admitted, suddenly feeling as if he wasn't a true Betazoid. Perhaps, given what he had just been told he needed to do some research.

Liam nodded and offered. "Well if you ever find yourself interested. Come talk to me."

"I may just do that Commander, thank you!"

Having come from a very working-class family on Betazed if one went by the old standards so religious ideals were not something he had been exposed to as with many from the same area during his childhood. "I'd best not keep you, Commander... Had a chat with your wife and see what she says. I can give you as much time as you need to decide!"

"I will and I appreciate that Captain," Liam said standing up to leave.
