| General Overview | Vriha was nothing more than a filing clerk working on a distant Tal'shiar facility at the time of the disaster, her entire family was brought to nothing but ash and she blamed Starfleet. Picard had been to blame in her mind, if he had acted faster then her people could have been saved and her spite and vengeance is directed at Starfleet for their willful lack of aid. She soon found herself leading a group of refugees because she turned out to be more ruthless than Admiral Sela or Admiral Tomolak. She would stop at nothing to return the Romulan Star Empire to its former glory. She is a broken woman disguised in the shell of a ruthless dictator that is revered by her followers. |
